

Basically, Invoice2go committed wire fraud and has stolen my money. Invoice2go is withholding my funds from me. As of today, July the 5th, I have still not received my $990 from Invoice2go, which now makes this a federal crime. So that means that I should have received my money into my linked bank account on June 26th. The $990 should have been released no later than within two business days. On June 24th, 2023, one of my customer made an **************** credit card payment through my Invoice2go account of $990. I would be very cautious and not recommend using this business for your own business needs. Not to mention we paid $39.99 this month for a service that we are not receiving because they decided to lock us out unexpectedly with no warning and no reason and an automated email stating just that. We also rejected their payment through the bank because it was still processing when they closed our account so now we dont have the money we are owed, our customer is still out the money they paid, and we are out the $30 in order to reject their payment through our bank. We have reached out to our lawyer to see if they have advice for us. They have no known email or phone number to reach them that actually works, so we are completely lost in what to do next. This has put our small business at a complete standstill and is causing extreme problems for us and our family. Not to mention, our outstanding invoices cannot be paid because our customers can no longer access the invoices either. We need to do our quarterly taxes soon and have no access to any of our invoices to abide by the law and pay our taxes on our income and provide paperwork showing the work we did and where the money came from. The email and chat responses are vague bit responses. They locked us out of our account, so now we are not considered a premium customer and they refuse to speak to us on the phone. We are a premium customer and we paid to be a premium customer. We are told we do not have access to a live person on the phone because we are not a premium customer. We have emailed and chatted online with minimal to no response. Neither we or our customers can access our legal documents that we paid their program to create and store. They are holding our legal documents hostage.

They unexpectedly and with no reason completely locked ** out of our account. We have been paying $39.99 to use invoice2go for our invoicing for our small business.
